Return Policy
  1. As a service to our customers, Nick’s Furniture will process all written factory warranties.  THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, VALUE, AND QUALITY.  WORKMANSHIP AND FITNESS FOR AN INTENDED USE OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.  Nick’s Furniture does not provide warranties for any furniture.  All merchandise sold off the floor that is still under the manufacturer warranty will be serviced in accordance to the remaining time on the warranty at the time of purchase.
  2. All changes to any order/invoice, if approved by Nick’s Furniture, must be signed and approved by the customer.
  3. Nick’s Furniture does not give cash refunds.  Any order cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be granted at the sole discretion of Nick’s Furniture and will be given store credit only.  The store credit will have cash value towards any other future purchase at Nick’s Furniture but will only apply to normal everyday pricing of merchandise.  Store credits cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.  ***Any cancellations to orders more than 3 days old as a result of Covid-19  or manufacture supply chain delays that have not been received in our facility are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  4. Orders can be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Items must be in the original packaging and can be returned to the store or picked up by our delivery service.  Merchandise being picked up will inquire additional pickup fees.  Minimum pickup fee is $95 or 10% of the purchase price of the merchandise, whatever is greater.  No cash refunds will be given.  Only store credit for the merchandise price will be given.  
  5. Any customer paying by credit card authorizes that the deposit is charged immediately at the time of purchase or order, and the balance shall be paid before the merchandise is released.  All credit card purchases must be authorized by the customer’s signature, and made at the location of purchase.
  6. All merchandise and/or delivery dates are estimates only.  Nick’s Furniture does not manufacture the merchandise and shall not be liable for any delays in delivery of any merchandise.  If an order is delayed more than 14 days past the eta to our warehouse, the customer can have the option of re-selecting merchandise, taking a 10% discount on the delayed item only, or having their order split shipped.  Only one of the three options is available.  Split shipping an order may inquire a separate delivery fee and any additional fee will be at the discretion of Nick’s Furniture.
  7. Nick’s Furniture offers two delivery options to our customers.  Full service white glove delivery and Free Shipping. Full service white glove delivery, which includes delivery of the merchandise into the room of choice, setup of the merchandise, and removal of the refuse from the new merchandise purchased.  Removal of a customer’s existing furniture is not included in this service.  Moving the customer’s existing items to a separate room will inquire a $30/piece charge.  Removing and disposing of a customer’s existing merchandise in Nick’s Furniture’s dumpsters will inquire a $50/piece charge.  Free Shipping includes delivery of the merchandise to the customer’s front door, driveway, or garage (if the garage is accessible by driveway or sidewalk only).  We will not move items through any threshold and they will be left in their original packaging.  All assembly, unpacking, setup, garbage removal, etc. will the customer’s responsibility. 
  8. The customer will have 14 days after delivery to notify Nick’s Furniture of any damages to the merchandise. The customer will be responsible for providing Nick’s Furniture with pictures of any damage.  Any damage to merchandise after 14 days will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.  Damages deemed due to negligence by the consumer will not be serviced by Nick’s Furniture or the manufacturer warranty.
  9. Merchandise must be paid in full and delivery accepted by the customer within 14 days of arrival of the merchandise at Nick’s Furniture.  Thereafter, a storage charge of 10% of the purchase price will be added to the invoice and the customer’s balance each month.  In the event any merchandise is not picked, or delivery is not accepted by the customer within 90 days after arrival at Nick’s Furniture, such order may be cancelled and any deposit forfeited at the option of Nick’s Furniture.  Nick’s Furniture may thereafter re-sell such merchandise.
  10. Nick’s Furniture assumes no responsibility for damage incurred to customer’s personal property during delivery.  Customer agrees to pursue any such claims with the delivery company directly.
  11. When picking up merchandise from Nick’s Furniture, the customer assumes full responsibility for loading and transportation, and Nick’s Furniture is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise, vehicle, or personal property of the customer.
  12. Nick’s Furniture assumes no responsibility for the customer negligence in ordering of merchandise, including but not limited to, inability of merchandise to fit into a room area, or incorrect measurements of doors, window, hallways, stairwells, or other areas where the furniture is to be placed.
